Não é por quilo. É por peça. Tem-se que ver a peça para cromar. Peças iguais podem ter preços diferentes. - Vocês cromam plástico?
Não cromamos plástico. Existe cromagem sobre plástico, porém nós não temos as instalações ou processo para plástico. - Que tipo de material vocês cromam?
Cromamos ferro, bronze, latão e aluminio (aluminio de peças de moto). Não cromamos antimônio. - Posso levar a moto e vocês cromam?
Tem que trazer desmontadas as peças que vão ser cromadas. Você ou seu mecânico de confiança tem que desmontar. - Existe risco de perder peças?
Sim. A partir do momento que tirou do lugar, o risco de perda já exite: ou no local que foi desmontada, ou no trajeto ou mesmo por nós. - Se voces perderem peças, vocês repõem?

É uma metalização da peça por mergulho e passagem de corrente elétrica. São “depositados” tres metais: cobre, níquel e cromo. - Por que as pessoas cromam peças?
Basicamente por três motivos: beleza, proteção contra ferrugem e facilidade de limpeza. - Até que tamanho vocês cromam?
Em comprimento até 1,80 metros. Em altura até 50 centimetros e largura até 30 centimetros. Dependendo do tipo e formato da peça temos que ver se cabe nos tanques.

Nossa atividade gera resíduos líquidos e resíduos sólidos. A maior quantidade de resíduos liquidos provêem dos processos de enxágue das peças. O enxágue ocorre quando tiramos as peças de um tanque de metalização (cobre, níquel ou cromo) e colocamos em outro, conforme a sequência de deposição metálica.
Essas águas de enxágue ficaram contaminadas e tornaram-se efluentes, são encaminhadas para tanques de armazenamento à espera de tratamento, que ocorrerá em reatores onde através de processo físico-químico haverá formação e separação de lodo galvanico por decantação. O lodo após secagem em filtro é armazenado em tambores. As águas tratadas retornam para o processo de enxágue e descarga de sanitários.
Atualmente encaminhamos os resíduos gerados para aterro sanitário industrial onde ficam armazenados “ad eternum”. Estamos fazendo contato com industrias que reutilizam nossos resíduos, e com isso, passaremos a fazer a logística reversa: resíduo gerado deve ser reutilizado.
